Our long successful track record of co-investing, and our experience as an operator and founder of businesses, makes our participation "smart money". There is a clear line between Management and Governance. This line sometimes gets blurred with the wrong Board structure.  Our experience as both executive and board participant allows us to help navigate the parties back to their perspective lanes. Partnership and alignment of incentives are key.

Sales and Marketing are two distinct areas. Marketing provides the air cover for the Sales activities on the ground. Every interaction helps to build or erode Brand. You can have the best product or program in your space, but if you don't position, brand, price and distribute correctly, then your company will never reach full potential.
